Frequently asked questions

Why can't I add a second vehicle?
The Free tier supports one vehicle. Upgrade to Garage+ (one-time purchase) for unlimited vehicles, from Settings → Upgrade.
What's the difference between Garage+ and Pro?
Garage+ is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited vehicles, stored locally on your device. Pro is a subscription that adds cloud backup and sync across your devices, on top of everything in Garage+.
Will I lose my data if I don't subscribe to Pro?
No — your data stays on your device regardless of tier. Pro simply adds a cloud backup layer. Since Free and Garage+ store data locally only, we recommend using the free export feature periodically as your own backup.
Are my photos backed up to the cloud?
No. Photos and receipt images stay on your device only, on every tier, including Pro. This is intentional — see our Privacy Policy for details.
How does invoice scanning work?
When you scan a receipt or invoice, the image is sent securely to an AI provider to extract details like vendor, date, and amount. It's used only for that scan and isn't stored by us afterward.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → DriversNest Pro, and cancel from there.
Can I export my data?
Yes — export is free on every tier. Go to Settings → Export Data to save your records at any time.

Delete my account or data

You can permanently delete your account and cloud-stored data directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Local data on your device (including photos) isn't affected by cloud account deletion. To remove local data, delete individual records in-app or uninstall DriversNest.

Can't access the app? You can also delete your account from this website, or email us at support@driversnest.app from the address associated with your account and we'll process the request manually.
